Billing and plans
Billing controls which RedReplier limits are available to a workspace. Plan capacity can affect active keywords, monitoring volume, team usage, and whether pending keyword changes can be activated immediately.
Open billing
Open billing from your RedReplier account or workspace settings. The billing area shows the current plan, payment status, and available subscription actions.
Understand plan limits
Plans can limit active keywords, review capacity, alert cadence, team access, or usage volume. Pending keywords may wait for activation when the current plan does not have enough capacity.
Upgrade or downgrade
Upgrade when you need more active keywords or higher monitoring capacity. Downgrades may require reducing active usage first. If a change has a prorated charge or immediate payment requirement, RedReplier shows that before the change is applied.
Payment methods and invoices
Use the billing area to update payment details and view invoices when available. Keep the billing email current so failed-payment notices and invoices reach the right person.
Failed payments
A failed payment can affect monitoring, activation, or access depending on the account state. Update the payment method as soon as possible, then confirm that pending keywords and alerts are still configured correctly.
Cancellation
Before canceling, export any records your team needs and disable monitoring you no longer want. Cancellation may stop future monitoring and can affect access to historical workflow data depending on the account state.

For billing questions, contact contact@redreplier.com and include the workspace name, account email, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full payment card details in support messages.
