How Do I Download All Of My Twitter Bookmarks?

New to the subreddit so I apologize if this has been asked already: Scratching my head regarding this issue, however: I have a Twitter Account with well over 50K+ Bookmarks, I've been there for nearly 20 years at this point. Point Withstanding - With all of the political turmoil that's been developing: I'd like to delete said account However - The Bookmarks that I have, I use for work, personal research and the like - Is there a program I can download that can extract all of those Bookmarks for me? The data I've collected there is too precious for me to just ax the account. Is there a Firefox Add-On/Chrome Extension? Something simple? Or is this process complicated? Any and all feedback is wholly appreciated, thank you.

Help extracting Twitter Bookmarks

As someone who probably has a LOT more bookmarks saved than I should have, a lot of the solutions i've come across regarding extracting Twitter bookmarks either are outdated or don't overcome my main issue. While I am able to save some of my bookmarks, after about 15k bookmarked tweets the page artificially stops you from seeing more. A few more tweets are loaded into the html but they aren't displayed. However, if you unbookmark a few tweets or even just manually delete some earlier ones from the HTML then the page will continue to load more of your bookmarks, so it's not a hard wall. I've tested some Javascript to try and "delete" tweets to push up some of my older bookmarks, but i've consistently been getting errors to do with memory at around the 1500 mark and have been having trouble getting around it. The optimal solution would be to save and unbookmark them at the same time but that runs the risk of the code messing up and me losing some chunks of the bookmarks. The main point is, does anyone have a solution to this? Either a working bookmark scraper post-API change or a way that I can get around the memory issues. Edit: Ended up just using a proxy to grab the tweet packages directly as their loaded, then used another program to download all the text and images. I still have to unbookmark the tweets i've downloaded manually but that's the easy part. I also currently recommend https://github.com/prinsss/twitter-web-exporter which essentially does that but in a less messy way than what I came up with.

Download Twitter bookmarks with image and video - no good solutions

I'm looking to automate downloading twitter posts, including media, that I have bookmarked It would be nice if there was a tool that also downloaded the media associated with the post as well and then within each post would link to the path on the computer where the file was stored. And when it was unable to download say a video it would also report that it had a download error for the video (such that i can do it manually later). I believe such a setup doesn't exist yet. I guess this approach downloading using twitter archives is the best I can get?

Issue: twitter archives doesn't inlcude bookmarked tweets. Does include "likes" but no media is included in the likes, and I have way too many liked posts that I don't want to store. Organizing tweets is too hard because every time you download an archive you download everything anew One solution to not including bookmarks could be to retweet everything I have bookmarked, and then start to retweet everything to make it store in the archive.

Any good tools for bulk downloading X(Twitter) videos?

Hey everyone! I’m a big fan of Twitter, and I spend a lot of time browsing all sorts of interesting content on there. Whether it’s news, funny clips, or those posts full of inspiration, I love saving them to revisit later. Through Twitter, I’ve learned a lot and discovered some really cool content, especially short videos that I just can’t get enough of. But recently, I noticed that some of the tweets I saved have been deleted, which means those videos are now gone too. It’s kind of a bummer, honestly. So, I started looking for a way to save these videos to make sure I can always watch them whenever I want. The only downside is that this site only lets you download one video at a time. If you want to download multiple videos at once or grab all the videos from a user’s profile, you’d need something else. About downloading X/Twitter bookmarks.

Hello. I am a person who uses the bookmark section of X/Twitter mostly to save an image that I like. Every X time (1 month, 2,...) I used a lot of apps and tried a lot of forms to dowload them. Right now, I am with wfdownloader (maybe it's not spelled right but something like that) and today I discover that it download my bookmarks but not all of them. I didn't find any pattern about Why X tweet is "accepted" and download it's image or not. So I am sking, ¿anyone has a form to download all the bookmarks from X/Twitter? A couple of things to clarify: Yes, gallery_dl, Since some months ago it doesn't work anymore. I want thw image inside the tweet NOT an excel with all the links of the tweets of my bookmarks (the majority of things that advertise to download bookmarks do that, an excel or CSV not the image itself). I prefer free methods, however if there is something that works very good you can tell me about it. Thank you in advance.

Twitter Media Downloader (browser extension) has been discontinued. Any alternatives?

You can download individual tweets, but scraping someone's entire backlog of Twitter media only results in errors. Anyone know of a working alternative?
